How it works
- Pick the condition or the exercises. Start from a condition routine, or search the library by symptom or body area.
- Add your doses. Write them in the boxes on the handout, or type them into the portal or builder.
- Give it to your patient. Print it, or send a link or QR code. Patients can watch every exercise on their phone.
Common uses
- End-of-visit homework: print the handout or a QR code so the patient leaves with the program you walked them through.
- Telehealth follow-up: drop a link in the visit summary or a post-visit message.
- Waiting for therapy: front-desk staff can share the condition page with patients waiting on a referral.
Where the content comes from
Every exercise page names the publisher of its video and links to the original. Some videos come from public health agencies such as the VA and NHS; others come from independent instructors. Videos are embedded from their original publishers and remain their property.
Protocol Archive has no affiliation with the VA, NHS, NICE, CDC or any other named institution. We don’t store patient data: programs hold exercises, doses and general notes only. See our privacy policy.
Quick QR code, no sign-in
Add your details, pick the routines, and print a QR code that opens a patient page with your name on it. Nothing is saved on our side. For programs you can edit later and open counts, use the clinician portal.
