Acceptance of Terms
Protocol Archive is operated by PrepQ LLC (“Protocol Archive”, “we”, “us”). By using protocolarchive.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Description of Service
Protocol Archive is a free website that organizes home exercise videos, instructions, plans and printable handouts, with tools for patients and the clinicians who treat them. It includes a clinician portal, clinic directories and clinic pages. Videos are embedded from their original publishers, including public health agencies and independent instructors, and remain the property of those publishers.
Medical Disclaimer
All content on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please read our full Medical Disclaimer. By using the Site, you confirm you have read and understood it.
Use of Content
Embedded Videos
Videos are embedded from third-party platforms such as YouTube. They belong to their publishers and are subject to those publishers’ and platforms’ terms. Protocol Archive does not grant any rights to them.
Printable Handouts and Tools
You may print and share our handouts and printable forms, unchanged, for patient education, including clinicians giving them to their patients free of charge. You may not sell them or remove our name or notices.
Site Design and Curation
The design, layout, organization, curation, original written content, handouts, drawings and branding of Protocol Archive are our property and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission, except as allowed above.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks the law
- Try to interfere with, compromise or disrupt the Site’s systems or security
- Use bots, scrapers or crawlers in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Site, or copy our directories in bulk
- Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Protocol Archive
- Use the clinician portal or clinic listings if you are not a licensed or registered clinician, or not authorized to act for the clinic
- Submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or content you do not have the right to use
- Reproduce, mirror or frame the Site or any part of it on another website without permission
Clinician Portal
The clinician portal lets clinicians save programs, share our plans and handouts with patients, and manage clinic listings. By using it, you agree that:
- You are a licensed or registered healthcare professional, or work for one, and you are solely responsible for the clinical appropriateness of what you give your patients.
- You will not enter patient names or other patient health information. The portal is not designed to store patient records.
- We store your account details and the programs and links you save, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Using the portal does not create any professional relationship between you and Protocol Archive. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Clinic Listings, Clinic Pages and Directories
- Accuracy: If you list or claim a clinic, you confirm you are authorized to act for it and that the information you give is accurate and up to date, including registration or license numbers.
- Clinicians: You may add a clinician to a clinic page only with their agreement. We publish a clinician only after checking their registration, and we may remove any clinician at their request.
- Logos and photos: You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every logo and photo you upload, and that photos do not show patients or other people who have not agreed. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on the Site and in materials that promote your listing, until you remove them.
- Prices and claims: Please don’t include prices or claims to cure or treat conditions. Patients ask clinics about fees directly.
- Review and removal: We review new descriptions, logos and photos before they appear, and we may edit, decline or remove any listing content, or a whole listing, at our discretion. You can remove your listing at any time.
- No endorsement: Directory listings and clinic pages are provided to help people find care. Protocol Archive does not recommend, rank or refer patients to any clinic, and takes no fee or reward for referrals. Results are sorted by distance only. Details from public sources may be out of date; please confirm with the clinic.
- Registration checks: A “registration checked” or “license checked” label means we checked the number on the official register on the date shown. It is not a guarantee of a clinician’s skill or of the care you will receive.
- Fees: Listings are free today. If we ever introduce paid options, we will tell listed clinics in advance, and nothing will be charged without the clinic’s agreement.
Third-Party Content and Links
The Site contains embedded YouTube videos and links to other websites, including retailers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or policies. Videos may become unavailable if their publishers remove them. Some product links are affiliate links; see How we make money.
Email Communications
If you sign up for our emails, we will send what you signed up for, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living outside the US, you may also have the benefit of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in effect.
